Influenza was Southampton’s (and one of the South Coast’s) longest running and most successful breakbeat parties. Originally launched as a small local drum & bass and breaks night by Luke T (drummer in Hijera) and myself, it grew to become the area’s leading breaks/drum&bass/hiphop night, featuring special guests from the UK breaks and local scenes.
